Refund Policy

Our refund or replacement policy lasts 24 hours from delivery. If 24 hours have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a any partial refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a any type of refund or replacement, the sod that you received must be unused. We do not guarantee our sod due to the fact that we are not there to take care of it for you.

Once your sod is inspected, we will do our best to rectify the situation with you.
